February 14 th. She reported that a YMCA is going to be built next to the new Scott &
White hospital and wanted to know what the senior rate would be and if the
committee would inquire about a reduced senior rate. There was discussion that the
regular YMCA rate was $85 per person per month until age 65 and then the rate was
reduced to $65 per month. She also reported that the Lincoln Recreation Center
expansion was complete and she invited committee members to go check out the new
facility. She expressed safety concerns for Pickleball players because the courts were
only about 4 feet apart. She said the space was too narrow and was afraid someone
would get hit in the head. Cecilia also addressed the limited space at Bee Creek Park
for Pickleball players. Her final concern was on the lack of handrails in t he senior
