2. Possible action concerning requests for absences of members.

4. Consideration, possible approval, and discussion of minutes from the January 08,
2019 meeting.
5. Presentation, discussion, possible action regarding update on Council Direction for
Thomas Pool.
6. Presentation, discussion, possible action on Huntington Senior Housing Project.
7. Presentation, discussion, possible action on changing the meeting time for Parks
and Recreation Advisory Board meetings.
8. Strategic Planning: Short and Long term.
• Presentation, possible action, and discussion regarding Parks and
Recreation Advisory Board Goals.
9. Report, possible action, and discussion concerning the current Parks Projects
Summary and Dedications of Less than Five Acres from Rusty Warncke.

Member may inquire about a subject for which notice has not been given. A
statement of specific factual information or the recitation of existing policy may be
given. Any deliberation shall be limited to a proposal to place the subject on an
agenda for a subsequent meeting.
