The City Council may or may not attend the Economic Development Committee Regular Meeting.
Call to order.
2. Presentation, discussion and possible action regarding economic development incentive guidelines.
3. Executive Session will be held in the Administrative Conference Room.
Real Estate {Gov't Code Section 552.072 Texas Government Code}: The Committee may conduct a closed
meeting to deliberate the purchase, exchange, lease, or value of real property if deliberation in an open
meeting would have detrimental effect on the position of the governmental body in negotiations with a
third party, to wit:
a. Property located northwest of the intersection of William D. Fitch Parkway and State Highway 30
in the City's Extraterritorial Jurisdiction.
4. Presentation, possible action, and discussion regarding future agenda items.
5. Adjourn.
