The City Council may or may not attend the Planning & Zoning Commission Workshop Meeting.
1. Call the meeting to order.
2. Discussion of consent and regular agenda items.
3. Discussion of Minor and Amending Plats approved by Staff.

4. Discussion of new development applications submitted to the City.
5. Presentation, discussion, and possible action regarding the status of items within the
2013 P &Z Plan of Work. (J. Schubert)
6. Presentation, discussion, and possible action regarding an update to the Commission on
Gig.0 — The University Community Next Generation Innovation Project. (James
Benham)
7. Presentation, discussion, and possible action regarding the P &Z Calendar of Upcoming
Meetings.
• Thursday, June 27, 2013 — City Council Meeting — Council Chambers — Workshop
6:00 p.m. and Regular 7:00 p.m. (Liaison — Ross)
• Tuesday, July 2' 2013 — Special Planning & Zoning Meeting — Council Chambers
6:00 p.m. (Tentative)
• Thursday, July 18, 2013 — P &Z Meeting — Council Chambers — Workshop 6:00 p.m.
and Regular 7:00 p.m.
8. Discussion, review and possible action regarding the following meetings: Design Review
Board, Joint Parks / Planning & Zoning Subcommittee, South Knoll Area Neighborhood
Plan Resource Team, BioCorridor Board, and Zoning District Subcommittee.
9. Discussion and possible action on future agenda items — A Planning & Zoning Member
may inquire about a subject for which notice has not been given. A statement of specific

factual information or the recitation of existing policy may be given. Any deliberation
shall be limited to a proposal to place the subject on an agenda for a subsequent meeting.
10. Adjourn.
The Planning and Zoning Commission may o seek t Attorney
advice from tsattorney regarding a and contemplated subject or attorney - client privileged
information. After executive session discussion, any final action or vote taken will be in public. If litigation or attorney - client privileged information issues arise as to
the posted subject matter of this Planning and Zoning Commission meeting, an executive session will be held.
