COMMISSIONERS ABSENT: None.
CITY COUNCIL MEMBERS PRESENT: None.
DEVELOPMENT SERVICES STAFF PRESENT: Staff Planners Lindsay. Boyer,
Jennifer Prochazka, Jennifer Reeves, .Senior Planner Trey Fletcher, Planning Intern Crissy Hartl,
Transportation Planner Ken Fogle, Director Joey Dunn, Building Official Lance Simms, Sr.
Assistant City Engineer Alan Gibbs and Staff Assistant Lisa Lindgren
OTHER CITY STAFF PRESENT: First Assistant. City Attorney Nemck.
Chairman Shafer called the meeting to order at 12.:30. p.m.
1. Commissioners "Development 101" Training Workshop -Presentation and discussion
regarding the general .development review process in College Station. .The program of
training is attached as Exhibit A.
Staff presented the "Development 101" Training.. Items discussed were as follows:
• Comprehensive Plan
• Zoning
• Platting
• Site Planning
• Building Permits
• Certificate of Occupancy
