COMMISSIONERS ABSENT: Commissioner Trapani.

Chairman Floyd called the meeting to order at 5:30 p.m.

regular agenda for discussion were pointed out. other information was
clarified.

Mier and Amending Flats Approved by Staff.

Discussion of the Unified Development Code.
P&Z Workshop Altinutes February 6, 2003 Page I of
Development Services Director Tmplin stated that the Commission may tale action at the following
P &Z meeting, allowing Staff the opportunity to address the comments received at this evening's
meeting.
AGENDA ITEM NO. 4: Subconimittee Reports.
• Land Use Study r: 1 li d U - No report.
• Thoroughfare Plan Amendment - Transportation Planner Fogle stated that the amendment would
be sent to the Planned Development Forum also.

Commission Training, Febraury 10, 2003
The commissioners were encouraged to attend the meeting.

Commissioner McMath motioned to adjourn the meeting and was seconded b Commissioner
Williams. The motion carried 6-0. The meeting adjourned.
