C. Special Area Study — Highway 30160 Area.
Director of Development Services Callaway reported that a draft land use plan study has been prepared
and will be presented to the entire Commission at a future meeting. This meeting will be held as a
public hearing for interested property owners or citizens.

Commissioner Hrin moved to adjourn the workshop meeting of the Planning and Zoning
Commission. Commissioner Parlor seconded the motion, which passed unopposed 4-0.
