COMMISSIONERS ABSENT: Commissioners Warrr n, Parker., and Kaiser.
COUNCIL MEMBERS PRESENT: None
STAFF PRESENT: Senior Planner Iunzl, Staff Assistant Charanza, Staff Planners
Jimm rs n, Anderson, and Hitchcock., Assistant City Engineer Mayo,
Graduate Engineers Tondre and Thompson, Transportation Planner Hard,
and Assistant City Attorney Ladd.
AGENDA ITEM N. 1: Discussion of Items on Regular Agenda.
Senior Planner Kuenzel told the Commission that the Eamon A Dartmouth (Regular Agenda Item No.
4) is returning for the third time. She said that the applicant had wanted to appeal the decision to the
City Council, but staff suggested that they resubmit it to the Commission since there were changes to the
proposal.
AGENDA ITEM N. : Subcommittee Reports
a. Wolf Pen Creep Oversight Committee.
No Report
b. Wolf Pen Creel: Ordinance Revision Committee.
The Subcommittee was waiting to see what the City Council was going to do with the implementation
before they proceeded.
C. Special Area Study — Highway 30160 Area.
Staff is working on a. future agenda item to be added on a. future agenda as a. public hearing item.
