A GENDA ITEM N. : Subcommittee Reports - Wolf Pen Creel: Oversight
Jim Callaway reported the hotel /conference center proposed for Wolf Pen Creep will not be replaced by
another in that area. He stated that the 30160 Study has been temporarily postponed. Wolf Pen Creel
improvements to the channel and bridge will continue and not be delayed.

Discussion of future Workshop Agenda items.
Jane Kee reported that Chairman Mooney has a list of workshop p items and a schedule that remains to b
finalized. A schedule and list will be provided to the other members of the Planning and Zoning
Commission at that time.

Natalie Ruiz announced the special workshop meeting for August 31. She also polled the Commission
for the special workshop meeting on August 17 with members of the City Council and the code review
consultants. Members were asked to e -mail Susan with their availability.

Adjourn.
Commissioner Harris motioned for the meeting to adjourn. C ommissioner Happ seconded the notion.
The notion carried -0 unanimously.
