COMMISSIONERS PRESENT: Chairman Hawthorne, Commissioners Hall, Lane, Garner,
Gribou, Smith and Lightfoot.
COMMISSIONERS ABSENT: None.
STAFF PRESENT: City Planner Kee, Assistant City Engineer Morgan,
tall Planner Dunn and Planning Technician Thomas.

AGENDA ITEM NO. 1: Approval of minutes from the meeting of December 15, 1994.
Commissioner Gribou moved to approve the minutes from the meeting of December 15, 1994 as
corrected by Planning Technician Thomas on page two. Commissioner Garner seconded the
motion which carried unopposed (4 - 0). (Commissioners Lightfoot, Lane and Hall were not
present during the approval of minutes.)
• AGENDA ITEM NO. 2: Consideration of a preliminary plat for the Windsor Pointe
Subdivision totaling 19.33 acres located along the south side of Southwest Parkway on both
sides of the Central Park Lane extension. (95-300)
City Planner Kee presented the staff report and recommended approval of the preliminary plat as
submitted. A Presubmission Conference was held on December 21, 1994 in which staff
recommended approval of the preliminary plat with several minor corrections. All corrections
outlined by the Conference have been made.
Commissioner Lane moved to recommend approval of the preliminary plat for the Windsor Pointe
Subdivision with staff recommendations. Commissioner Smith seconded the motion which passed
unopposed (7 - 0).
AGENDA ITEM N0.3: Other business.
There was no other business.
AGENDA ITEM NO. 4: Adjourn.
Commissioner Hall moved to adjourn the meeting of the Planning and Zoning Commission.
Commissioner Lane seconded the motion which passed unopposed (7 - 0).
