PRESENTATION BY: Randall Pritchett, JAC Developers & Dennis Goehring, President of the
Development Foundation
In the absenoeof Jim Behling, Chairman of PAZ Commission, at the beginning of the meeting,
Murl Bailey opened the meeting and introduced Al Mayo, Director of Planning, who gave a
brief statement concerning the very preliminary plans made to date regarding the proposed
• high technology park on the 2300 acres south of the City, approximately 1265 of which are
City-owned, and the remaining 1035 acres are owned by J.A.C. Developers. Mr. Mayo then
turned the meeting over to Randall Prichett of J.A.C. Developers.
Mr. Pritchett made a brief presentation, after which the meeting was opened to questions
which were answered by Mr. Pritchett, Mr. Goehring, Mr. Mayo, Mr. Ash and Mr. Denton.
When there were no more questions from the audience, Murl Bailey declared the meeting to
be adjourned.
