COMPREHENSIVE PLAN REVISION
ADVISORY COMMITTEE MEMBERS: Jack Upham, Martha Camp, Joe Hazelwood, Lynn Nemec,
Irma Jefferson.

The meeting was conducted by Weise & Snyder Planning Consultants. They spoke on
Development Suitability and Population projections. This is a very preliminary
presentation. They will become more detailed in future meetings.
Preliminary charts were shown on Topography, Vegetation, Noise Level, Accessibility,
Visual, Utilities, Drainage, LarblUse and Other Uses.
Population projection was estimated using the cohort survival method. Other methods
explained were the miathematical method, ratio method and economic base method.
Jim Behling requested that the next meeting be tentatively scheduled for November 10,
1981 and the consultants agreed to this date.
