Planning and Zoning Commission Meeting
May 22, 1975
5:15 P.M.
MEMBERS PRESENT: Chairman Longley; Ed Miller, Chris Mathewson, Fredda Austin,
Vergil Stover, Barney Stevenson.
MEMBERS ABSENT: George Boyett, Homer Adams.
VISITORS PRESENT: None.
Agenda Item No. 1 -- Hear visitors. No one spoke.
Agenda Item No. 2 -- Consideration of a request for a conditional use permit for
a 0.5 acre tract on Village Drive adjoining and directly east of the French's Day Care
Center for the purpose of enlarging the day care facility. Commissioner Mathewson
moved that the Planning and Zoning Commission recommend to the City Council that
a conditional use permit be granted to French's Day Care Center for Lot 1, Block 1,
of the Anderson Ridge No. 2 subdivision for the purpose of enlarging the day care
center, subject to the signing of the request by the applicant. Commissioner Miller
seconded the motion. The motion passed unanimously.
Agenda Item No. 3 -- Adjourn. The meeting was adjourned at approximately 5:18 P.M.
