010 Emergency Planning and Zoning Commission Meeting
June 17, 1975
5:30 P.M.
MEMBERS PRESENT: Chairman Longley; Commissioners Stover, Mathewson,
Boyett, Stevenson
MEMBERS ABSENT: Commissioners Miller, Austin
VISITORS PRESENT: See guest register.
The meeting was called to order at approximately 5:30 P.M.
Agenda Item No. 1 -- Hear visitors. No one spoke.
Agenda Item No. 2 -- Consideration of a final plat for Anderson Ridge
Subdivision, Section Three, 1.278 acres. Commissioner Boyett moved for the
approval of the final plat as shown. Commissioner Mathewson seconded the
motion. The motion passed unanimously.
Agenda Item No. 3 -- Other business. There was none.
Agenda Item No. 4 -- Adjourn. Commissioner Stevenson moved to adjourn.
Commissioner Mathewson seconded. The meeting was adjourned.
