He asked City Planner Mayo to explain a recommendation he had suggested in a previous conversation. Mayo suggested that the Commission might make a positive recommendation to the City Council to repeal one of the two con- flicting clauses in question in Ordinance No. 690. This would temporarily clear up the conflict until a sidewalk plan of action could be developed and adopted. Commissioner Boyett moved that the Commission recommend to the Council that they delete Section 13 of Ordinance No. 690 which states the most restrictive ordinance should apply, the intent being that the sidewalk requirement would continue to be a determination of the Planning and Zoning Commission. Commissioner Mathewson seconded. The motion passed unanimously. Chairman Longley requested the City Planner to prepare the recommendation and present it to the Council at the next meeting. Agenda Item No. 4 -- Adjourn. Commissioner Boyett moved to adjourn. Commissioner Mathewson seconded. The motion passed unanimously and the meeting was adjourned. APPROVED A-44'Z'4‘74"-21.'"--.z?
