Planning and Zoning Commission
Called Emergency Meeting
5:00 P.M. April 23, 1975
MEMBERS PRESENT: Chairman John Longley, Commissioners Calliham, Stevenson, Miller,
Council Liaison Adams, Asst. Director of Public Works Ford, City
Planner Koehler.
MEMBERS ABSENT: Commissioners Wallace, Boyett, Chaney.
VISITORS PRESENT: See guest register.
The meeting was called to order at 5:00 P.M.
Agenda Item No. 1 - - Hear visitors. No one spoke.
Agenda Item No. 2 -- Consideration of a re-subdivision of Lot 5 and Lot 6, Southwood
Section 10. Mr. Ford explained that this plat redivided the two lots and dedicated
a utility easement, and that it would not be filed until it was in a form suitable for
filing.
Commissioner Miller moved that the plat be approved subject to the documents being
in a form suitable for filing. The motion was seconded by Commissioner Stevenson
and unanimously.
41/6 Agenda Item No. 3 -- Consideration of a resubdivision of Block A and Block B,
Culpepper Plaza Subdivision. Mr. Koehler explained that the divisions shown on the
plat had already been made and that no building permit could be granted until the
plat was approved, and suggested waiving the requirement for a preliminary plat and
said that construction documents would not be necessary.
Commissioner Miller moved that the plat be accepted. The motion was seconded by
Commissioner Calliham and unanimously approved.
Agenda Item No. 4 -- Other business. There was no other business.
Agenda Item No. 5 -- Adjourn. There being no other business, the meeting was
adjourned.
