Planning and Zoning Commission
May 15, 1972

MEMBERS PRESENT: Chairman M.R. Calliham; Commissioners James Wallace,
Bill Cooley, George Boyett, Tom Chaney, John Longley, and
Ed Miller; City Planner George Eby
MEMBERS ABSENT: Council Liaison Don Dale
VISITORS PRESENT: See Guest Register
The meeting was called to order at 7:00 P.M, by the Chairman and on motion by Com-
missioner Boyett, seconded by Commissioner Chaney, the minutes of the May 1, 1972
meeting were unanimously approved.
On motion by Commissioner Longley, seconded by Commissioner Chaney, P&Z Case
No. 22-72, a preliminary plat of Southwest Village, a 7. 941 acre apartment tract at
Southwest Parkway and Medina Street and P&Z Case No. 22A-72, a final plat of South-
west Village, a 7.941 acre apartment tract at Southwest Parkway and Medina Street,
were unanimously approved.
On motion by Commissioner Boyett, seconded by Commissioner Longley, P&Z Case
No. 23-72, a replat of Runaway Acres, a sub-division in the extra-territorial jurisdiction
southwest of Easterwood Airport, was unanimously approved.
The Commission agreed to hold meetings only on the first Monday night of each month
as long as the work-load remained limited.
On motion by Commissioner Boyett, seconded by Commissioner Chaney, the meeting
was unanimously adjourned.
