PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION
July 11, 1972
5:00 P.M.
MEMBERS PRESENT: Chairman M. R. Calliham; Commissioners James Wallace,
Bill Cooley, Tom Chaney, John Longley and Ed Miller;
Council Liaison Don Dale; and City Planner George Eby
MEMBERS ABSENT: Commissioner George Boyett
VISITORS PRESENT:
July 10, 1972 Agenda Item No. 2 - Review of technical data related to P&Z Case
No. 25-72 - a review of a preliminary plat of the Dobrovolny Subdivision.
Upon reviewing the supporting technical data related to the plat, the commission
found that Haines Street would extend through the Dobrovolny Subdivision.
On motion by Commissioner Longley, seconded by Commissioner Chaney, the
commission accepted the plat with the following modifications:
1. Provide acceptable substitute names for Anderson Court, Bee Creek Court
and Holik Court.
• 2. Provide for an acceptable extension of Haines to be extended across
Bee Creek.
3. Provide for the full width right-of-way on Anderson Street.
On motion by Commissioner Cooley, seconded by Commissioner Wallace, the
meeting was unanimously adjourned.
