Planner George Eby, City Engineer Lloyd James
MEMBERS ABSENT: Commissioner James Wallace and Council Liaison Don Dale

PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION

• October 4, 1971
7:00 P.M.
Agenda Item #1, Approval of minutes of meeting of September 7, 1971.
On motion by Commissioner Landiss, seconded by Commissioner Boyett,
the minutes were unanimously approved.
Commissioner Bill Cooley was appointed to be the Executive Secretary for the
Planning and Zoning Commission and also to be a member of the Subdivision
Committee.
Agenda Item #2, Consideration of a final plat of West Knoll Section 3.
On motion by Commissioner Boyett, seconded by Commissioner Landiss, the
West Knoll Section 3 Final Plat was unanimously approved subject to approval and
signature of the City Engineer.
Agenda Item #3, Consideration of a final plat of Southwood Section 21.
• On motion by Commissioner Landiss, seconded by Commissioner Boyett, the
Southwood Section 21 Final Plat was unanimously approved.
Agenda Item #4, Other Business.
The date, (October 19) set for the joint meeting of the City Council and the Planning
and Zoning Commission was determined to be satisfactory to each of the Commissioners.
Agenda Item #5, Hear Visitors.
No one spoke.
Agenda Item #6, Adjourn.
On motion by Commissioner Landiss, seconded by Commissioner Boyett, the
meeting was adjourned subject to call.
