Planning and Zoning Commission

MEMBERS PRESENT: Chairman Codie Wells; Commissioners James Wallace, Dr. M. R.
Calliham, Dr. Carl Landiss, George Boyett, Bill Cooley; Council
Liaison Don Dale; City Planner George Eby; Administrative
Secretary Nancy Reeves
MEMBERS ABSENT: None
VISITORS PRESENT: See Guest Register
The meeting was called to order by the Chairman. On motion by Commissioner Boyett,
seconded by Commissioner Wallace, the minutes of the meeting of November 1, 1971
were unanimously approved.
After a general discussion of the proposed Zoning Ordinance draft of 11/71, the Chairman
moved that a proof draft be prepared for review by the City Attorney after which his recom-
mendations will be reviewed by the Commission at their next meeting (December 6, 1971).
The motion, seconded by Commissioner Wallace, was unanimously approved.
• On motion by Commissioner Wallace, seconded by Commissioner Boyett, the meeting was
adjourned subject to call.
