November 1, 1971

MEMBERS PRESENT: Chairman Codie Wells; Commissioners James Wallace, Dr.
M. R. Calliham, Dr. Carl W. Landiss, George Boyett; City
Planner George Eby; Administrative Secretary Nancy Reeves
MEMBERS ABSENT: Commissioner Bill Cooley; and Council Liaison Don Dale
VISITORS PRESENT: See Guest Register
The meeting was called to order at 7:00 P.M. by the Chairman. On motion by
Commissioner Boyett, seconded by Commissioner Wallace, the minutes of the
meeting of October 4, 1971 were unanimously approved.
After much general discussion of the proposed Zoning Ordinance, it was decided
that Section 11-E. 1.3 should be deleted and that Sections 11 and 12 should be re-
vised. On motion by Commissioner Boyett, seconded by Commissioner Calliham,
the revised Section 12 was approved.
Chairman Wells distributed a Land Use Legend proposed to be used with the new
• zoning map.
On motion by Commissioner Wallace, seconded by Commissioner Boyett, the meeting
was adjourned subject to call.
