MEMBERS ABSENT: Carl Landiss and Robert O. Evans

Agenda Item #1
The meeting was called to order at 5:40 P. M. by the Chairman. On motion by
Commissioner Boyett, seconded by Commissioner Calliham, the minutes of the July
19 meeting were unanimously approved.
Agenda Item #2 (Consideration of Revised Zoning Ordinance)
Commissioner Boyett moved 'that the Commission accept the draft ordinance of June
1971 with the revisions of July 28, 1971, and call for a public hearing before the Planning
and Zoning Commission on August 16, 1971. Copies of the draft ordinances to be available
to the public in the City Manager's and City Planner's offices with a $5 deposit which will
be returned if the ordinance is returned before September 1". The motion, seconded by
Commissioner Calliham, was unanimously approved.
• Agenda Item #3 (Reconsideration of Wolfpen Creek)
On motion by Commissioner Calliham, seconded by Commissioner Boyett, the final
plat of Wolfpen Creek was approved subject to the original being brought into agreement
with the revisions on the film.
Agenda Item #4 (Consideration of.a letter from Harry Seaback requesting an extension for
the Preliminary Plat of Section In
The Chairman read a letter from Harry Seaback requesting an extension for the Preliminary
Plat of Section II (see attached letter). On motion by Commissioner Wallace, seconded by
Commissioner Boyett, the request was unanimously approved.

On motion by Commissioner Wallace, seconded by Commissioner Boyett, the meeting
was adjourned.
