Reconsideration of rezoning request of V.H. Litchford (P&Z Case No. 34-69),
a tract of land approximately 100 feet wide and 700 feet long extending from
State Highway 6 East along the South city limits of the City of College Station,
from District No. 1, first dwelling house district to District No. 4, first
business district.
2. New Business:
Public hearing on the revised Subdivision Regulations with Subdividers and
Developers.
