SUBJECT: Preliminary Plat
1. The plat,review committee met at 1:30 p.m. in the City Council Chamber
at City Hall, City of College Station, Texas. Present were:

2. The purpose of the meeting was to discuss the preliminary plat of Southwood,
Section 8. After discussion of the plat among members of the plata review
committee, it was the concensuus of the group that the preliminary plat of
• Southwood, Section 8, be recommended to the Planning & Zoning Commission for
approval, subject tot
1. Dedication of a 10f easement along the east
property line of the olmroh tract.
