PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION
COLLEGE STATION, TEXAS
June 16, 1969
Members Present: Chairman Codie Wells; Commissioners
Phillip Steen, Jim Gardner, Wendell Horne, AS Jim O'Brien, City Planner
LeeRoy George
Members Absent: Everett Janne; Council liaison C. H. Ransdell;
and City Secretary Lynda Swoveland
The Minutes of the June 2, 1969 meeting were approved as written. There
were no requests for platting, subdivisions or zoning.
The Commissioners informally discussed a proposed subdivision regulations
draft, which will be continued at the next meeting.
The Commission discussed informally and answered questions for a local
developer regarding a preliminary subdivision plat he will submit in the near future.
The meeting adjourned at 10:30 p.m.
