Members Present: Charley Wootan, Chairman; Codie Wells, Phillip Steen, Jr. ,
Jim Gardner, Everett Janne, Joe Sawyer.
Members Absent: Jim O'Brien.
The Chairman called the meeting to order at 7:25 P. M. in the College Station
Council Room.
A motion was made by Codie Wells that the Commission recommend to the City
Council that the proposed zoning ordinance submitted by the Southwest Planning
Associates be accepted contingent upon the incorporation of the changes suggested
by the Commission. Motion seconded by Joe Sawyer. Motion carried.
The Commission joined with the City Council in hearing the discussion on the
. Proposed Zoning Districts presented by the Southwest Planning Associates.
A motion was made by Joe Sawyer and seconded by Everett Janne, that the map
and proposed zoning districts be recommended for approval by the City Council.
Motion carried.
The meeting was declared adjourned by the Chairman.
