MINUTES OF PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION
May 2, 1968 ti��v
Members Present: Charley Wootan, Chairman; Everett Janne, Joe Sawyer, Jim
O'Brien, Jim Gardner, Phillip Steen, Jr.
Visitors Present: Ran Boswell, City Manager; David Mayo.
The meeting was called to order at 5:00 p.m.
The Chairman appointed Jim O'Brien as secretary.
The first Monday was set as official monthly meeting. Official time to be 7:00 p.m. for
meetings. The third Monday was chosen as alternate meeting date.
David Mayo recommended a sub-committee to study submittals prior to regular meeting.
A joint meeting was set with the City Council at 7:00 p.m. , Monday May 6, 1968. After
• the Council meeting, there will be a official meeting of the Commission.
Jim O'Brien made a motion to accept the final plat of Leon W. Gibbs, Resubdivision of
part of Lot 16, Woodland Estates. The motion was seconded by Jim Gardner. The
motion carried.
On motion by Everett Janne, seconded by Phillip Steen, the meeting was adjourned subject
to call.
