• MINUTES OF PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION
June 17, 1968
Members Present: Charley Wootan, Chairman; Jim Gardner, Codie,D. Wells, North
Bardell, Jim O'Brien
The meeting convened at 7:05 p. m.
SUBJECT: PLAT OF UNIVERSITY OAKS
Charley Wootan explained that a suggestion had been made by the developer that the request
for rezoning be withdrawn.
Codie Wells made a motion to suspend all action on the plat. The motion was seconded by
° Jim O'Brien. The motion carried.
A zoning change Lot 4, Block 22, W. C. Boyett•Partition be rezoned to apartments, was
remanded to the sub-committee.
A plat was submitted by W.D. Fitch for zoning as apartment 7. 2 acres of land in S. W.
Park adjoining Trinity Gardens. Mr. Fitch asked for apartment zoning before the land is
• taken into the city limits. Mr. Fitch showed the .relation of the area on a master plan to
all adjoining areas. Mr. Fitch will submit a preliminary plat of the area in question at
the next meeting.
Codie Wells moved that the meeting be adjourned. The motion was seconded by Jim O'Brien.
The meeting was adjourned.
