Members present: Burns, Chairman; Parker, Cooper, Goehring, Preston, Janne,
Horne, and Smith.
The meeting was called to order at 5:00 p.m.
A motion was made by Burns and seconded by Cooper that the plat submitted by
Barney Stevenson be denied. The motion carried.
A motion was made by Parker and seconded by Goehring that the plat submitted
by Barney Stevenson be approved subject to joining Kimbrough and Robnett
Streets at the north end of the plat.
An amendment to the motion was made by Horne and seconded by Goehring that
action be conditioned on the designation of adequate rights-,of-way on Nimitz,
Lincoln, and Pasler Streets as recommended by the City Engineer. The amend-
ment carried five to three.
• The motion as amended carried.
Ile meeting adjourned at 7:30 p.m.
