MEMORANDUM TO: Charley Wootan,Chairman; Codie D. Wells, Joe Sawyer,
Phillip Steen, Jim Gardner, Everett Janne and Jim O'Brien.

S U B J E C T : Planning and Zoning Commission
1. This is to advise that, at the regular Council meeting on April 22, 1968, those
whose names appear above were confirmed by the Council as constituting the Planning
and Zoning Commission for the two year period concurrent with the office of the Mayor.
2. A copy of the Statement of policy as adopted by the Council, May 2, 1966 is
submitted to the Chairman for his guidance. The Council will need to take a new look
• at this charge at an early date.
3. Also, I submit to the Chairman material that was given to me by his predecessor,
and represents action by this body over a number of years.
4. I sincerely appreciate your offer of service to our community.
