MINUTES
September 18, 1967
Members Present: Ed Burns,Chairman; Tommy Preston, Bill Smith, Wendell
Horne, Dennis Goehring.
Visitors Present: Don Dale, Ran Boswell, North Bardell
On a motion duly made by Dennis Goehring, seconded by Bill Smith, the
Commission recommends to the Council that property from Wolf Pen Creek
to the enclosed description as set out by this city be rezoned No. 3 Apart-
ment House District. The motion passed.
On a motion duly made by Ed Burns and seconded by Dennis Goehring,
the Commission recommends approval to the Council Platt submitted by Don
• Dale representing Geer Construction Co. It has been recommended to the
Geer Construction Co. that consideration be given to Street deductions thru
the property from State Highway 30.
