Subject: Draft, Ordinance 210
1. On February 22, the City Council met to consider a revision to our present
Ordinance 210.
2. A draft of the ordinance evolved at the council meeting, for further
consideration, is attached.
3. I would welcome your critical review and comments on the draft. It is my
desire that we take action on finalizing this ordinance within a month.
• 4. If you have any comments,may I hear from you by March 20.
