Minutes of
• PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION
June 5, 1967
Meeting was called to order at 5:15 p.m. •
Present: Burns, Cooper, Horne, Janne, and Smith.
Bill Cooley requested rezoning Lots 7, 8, 9. and 10, Block 2, Tauber
Addition to Apartment #3. Smith moved, Horne seconded.
The Planning and Zoning Commission recommends to the City Council that
Lots 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, and 14, Block 2 of Tauber Addition be
rezoned to Apartment House District #3. Motion carried.
W. D. Fitch requested rezoning Lots 7 and 8, Block 1 and Lot 8 and part
of 7, Block 2, Southwood Addition, Part 3, to Business #1.
This request was referred to the sub-committee on industrial and commercial
zoning for study and a recommended action.
Proposed recommendations for inclusion in Ordinance 210 were submitted
• by North Bardell and will be studied.
Wendell Horne presented a preliminary report of the sub-committee on
industrial and commercial zoning. This sub-committee will prepare a
formalized map for approval and presentation to the City Council.
