City Planning & Zoning Commission
April 3, 1967

Members present: D. H. Goehring, Bob Schlieder, Everett E. Jann-e-rVe A. Smith,
and Wendell Horne.
1. Meeting called to order at 5:00 p.m. , April 3, 1967.
2. On a motion duly made by Goehring, seconded by Schlieder, the Commission
recommended that Lot 14, Block 2, Tauber Addition, be rezoned to District No.3,
Apartment House District. Motion passed.
3. On a motion duly made by Goehring, seconded by Schlieder, the Commission
recommended that Lots 1 and 2, Block 1, College Hills, be rezoned to District No. 4,
First Business District. Motion passed.
4. On a motion duly made by Janne and seconded by Horne, the Commission urged
the City Council to reconsider the location of a 20" water line from proposed 29th Street
location extension at North City Limits in a Southeasterly direction to intersect with
extension of University Blvd. to the East by-pass, subject to positive location of
41111 University Blvd. by Texas Highway Department. Motion passed.
5. Meeting adjourned at 6:15 p.m.
