MINUTES OF PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION
November 8, 1965
4111 The Planning and Zoning Committee met at 5:00, November 8, 1965, and
the following were present: Hervey, Sorenson, Anderson, Richardson, and
Burns. Boswell, City Manager was also present.
The Committee discussed the 13.92 A. Tract, Morgan Rector and Richard
Carter Leagues--Brazos County, Texas, dated 1964 and owned by W. T. Riedel.
Mr. Boswell will report to Mr. Riedel on the action taken by this commission
X in the Spring of 1965.
Hervey moved that the final plot for Ridgefield Section One, College
Station, Texas, October 1965, be approved and recommended to the Council for
approval.
LJ Sorenson seconded the motion.

alb The Planning and Zoning Commissions regular monthly meeting is to be
changed from the second Monday to the first Monday of the month.
