CITY PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION MEETING

Members Presents Burns, LaMotte, Richardson, Sorenson.
GL Mr. LaMotte moved that Lots 1 and 2 and 15 feet off the Southwest side
S of Lot 3 and strip of land 7i feet by 115 feet along the Southeast end of
said Lots 1, 2 and 3, all in Block 1, College Park Addition be rezoned from
District No. 1, First Dwelling Rouse District to District No. 3, Apartment
:C House District, as requested in J. B. Lauterstein's letter of April 23, 1964.
C) Seconded by Mr. Richardson. Motion carried.
