CITY PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION

Members present: J. B. Hervey, C. F. Richardson, W. A. Smith, E. E. Burns,
Ran Boswell
Mr. Hervey moved that the meeting proceed in the absence of the chair-
man and that Mr. Richardson be acting chairman. The motion was seconded by
Mr. Smith and carried.
Mr. Smith moved that the Saber Motel request to rezone the south 400 feet
of Lot 31 and northwest half of Lot 32 in the D. A. Smith subdivision to
First Business District be approved. In addition, those other parts of Lots
31 and 32 that are not zoned as First Business District be also rezoned as
such. The motion was seconded by Mr. Hervey and carried.
