Brayton and Ran Boswell, visitors. 4 44 The Planning and Zonfng Commission set in a called session to review a '1,41preliminary plat of oodland Estates, Sseaod isstallsent which was presented z by MO. J. ;C. Culpepper, developer. } 1 The following items were discussed: • 1 ' 1. lie. Culpepper agraed'to paw. Gilchrist tics the interssstioa of to the Joe Dosinik property. S. Mose lots facing Shady Drives is blocks 8 and !.will not be developed AN&1at this time. S. This plat does not show utility easements in back of tie. lots. Tho revised plat is to show a twenty foot utility easement, ten feet off the back of each lot. . It was agreed that the developer would also furnish any and all utility and drainage .asesents as required by the city. i _ d. Mr. Culpepper is asgotiating for the Dosinik property an the southeast side of Gilchrist Menu and will furnish a ten.toot utility easement in back of the lots. S. Mr. LaMotto suggested co siderstion of extending Carroll Street through • block 1 toward Monson Avenue. S. Mr. LaMott• voted "no". in that be felt it necessary to consult property owners in Woodland Estates, lots S• through 18, rigarding this development. Zoning for the newly amassed territory described in Ordinances No. 288 and .Mo. 324 vas discussed.
