Gentlemen:
It is respectfully requested that the following described
property located in the City of College Station, County ofe
Brazos, be rezoned from Class 2 Residential Area to Class + 4

Beginning at the most southerly corner of a 1.3 acre tract
conveyed to Ernest Seegerrby deed recorded in Volume 82, Page 380;
Thence South 45 East a distance of one hundred fifty-eight
and four tenths (158-4/10) feet to stake for corner at the
northwest corner of a tract conveyed to P. Knippa by deed dated
October 2,1943, and recorded in Volume 114,Page 267;
Thence North 45 Easb along line of said Knippa tract a
distance of one hundred sixty-six (166) feet to stake for corner
in the northwest line of a thirty (30) foot roadway,loeally
known as Meadowland Street;
Thence North 45 West along the line of said street a distance
of one hundred fifty-eight and four tenths ( 158-4/10) feet to
stake for corner in the boundry line of said Ernest Seeger tract;
Thence South 45 West a distance of one hundred sixty-six
1111 (166) feet to the Place Of Beginning, and comprising 26,294-4/10
square feet.
It is fully understood and agreed that the grantee herein
has as easement to the full and complete use of thirty (30) foot
street lying immediately northeast of the hereinabove described
tract and extending the full 158.4 feet of that dimension.
