Dear Mr. Boswell:
Six members of the Planning and Zoning Commission
met at the City Hall on May 18, 1961. They considered a
request for a zoning change in Block 1, College Park Addition
from Zoning Number 1 (Residential) to Zoning Number 3
(Apartment). It was the unanimous opinion of the Commission

members present that this zone change is not warranted.
Will you please inform the members of the City Council that
the Planning and Zoning Commission recommends that the zon-
ing designation in Block 1, College Park Addition not be
changed.
