Dear Mr. Boswell:
The Planning and Zoning Commission met on July 3, 1961.
The following business was transacted :
(1) A preliminary plat of "The Glade" presented by
W.D. Fitch was considered. The commission
recommended approval of this plat.
(2) A request to re-zone lots 4,5 and6 in Block 9,
111/1 West Park Addition was considered. It was the
opinion of the commission that this request was
warranted and they recommend that all of Block 9,
West Park Addition be rezoned to Number One
Business District.
(3) A request to re-zone property located at 302
Church from Apartment House District to Second
Business District was considered. The commission
felt this request is not warranted and recommends
that no zone change be made at this time.
