To: HONORABLE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL
CITY OF COLLEGE STATION, TEXAS
Gentlemen:
We, the undersigned, respectfully request that you do not
rezone lots 4, 5, and 6, Block 9, West Park Addition of this
City, from the present classification to be used as business
property.
We are home owners and the closest resident property owners
to the lots mentioned above.
There is no public need that we can see for rezoning this
property and we shall always oppose rezoning where private
interest is only to be served at the expense of the home owners
111/0 in this area.
We wish to thank you for upholding our zoning ordinance in
the past, for without such support zoning ordinances would be mean-
ingless.
