Nov. 13, 4-6 p.m. - Material gathering and site preparation of oven pits
Nov. 14, 8 a.m. -12 p.m. - Preparing varieties of roots, acorns & small game for cooking
Nov. 15, 10 a.m. & 4 p.m. - Opening of the ovens & stone boiling experiments
Daily demonstrations of traditional living skills: fi re-making, meat
drying, arbor building, and bowl burning
Daily displays of traditional items: baskets, knives, tools.
