1. Presentation, possible action, and discussion regarding a review of the City Council’s Strategic Plan and
providing direction on proposed changes.
2. Presentation, possible action, and discussion on an update of the City of College Station FY 11 Budget
Planning and calendar, and budget direction.
3. Presentation, possible action, and discussion regarding a presentation on the operation and maintenance
cost associated with many of the general government capital projects.
4. Presentation, possible action and discussion regarding a transportation user fee (TUF) to fund street
maintenance and rehabilitation operations.
5. Presentation, possible action, and discussion regarding City Council review of Council policies related
to travel, conduct of meetings, and Council relations among peers, staff, and media.
6. Presentation, possible action, and discussion regarding City Charter review.
7. Presentation, possible action, and discussion regarding the EXIT Teen Center Operations as requested
by the City Council on May 17, 2010.
8. Presentation, possible action, and discussion regarding an update on the convention center project.
9. Presentation, possible action, and discussion regarding a presentation on the real property owned by the
City of College Station.
10. Presentation, possible action, and discussion on an update of the operations of the 3 Contract Partner
Agencies – the Research Valley Partnership, the Bryan – College Station Convention and Visitors
Bureau (CVB), and the Arts Council of Brazos Valley; including discussion and possible action
regarding amendments to the CVB By Laws.
11. Presentation, possible action, and discussion regarding the formation of a College Station Business
Association.

12. Presentation, possible action, and discussion regarding annexation of the area known as the Texas World
Speedway located on SH6 south of the current City limits.
13. Presentation, possible action, and discussion regarding development standards for high-density single
family residential areas.
14. Presentation, possible action, and discussion regarding current and future branding endeavors for the
City of College Station.
15. Executive Session may take place during the retreat at the College Station Utilities Training Facility.

The City Council may deliberate the appointment, employment, evaluation, reassignment, duties, discipline, or
dismissal of a public officer. After executive session discussion, any final action or vote taken will be in public.
