PROJECT: LARRY J.RINGER LIBRARY EXPANSION PROJECT#: GG1010 FUND(S): PROJECT 137-General Government CIP BUDGET: $8,385,000 PROJECT FUNDING MANAGER: Donald Harmon SOURCES: 2008 General Obligation PROJECT Bonds CLIENT: Parks and Recreation PROJECT DESCRIPTION The expansion&renovation to the Larry J.Ringer Library located at 1818 Haney Mitchell Parkway shall include an expansion of approximately 15,000 square feet with 16,000 square feet of additional parking. PROJECT SCOPE Preliminary,Conceptual,Final Design,and Caistruction Phase Ser ices for Library Expansion.
