Fee and Schedule Proposal
We propose to provide architectural and engineering(mechanical and electrical) services for a fixed fee
of$10,000. We anticipate completion of the documents within 4 weeks after authorization to proceed,
excluding owner review time. Reimbursable expenses will be invoiced at the actual expense incurred.
Reimbursable expenses include but are not limited to: long distance phone calls, reproduction costs,
surveys, permits,Texas Accessibility Registration and Engineering fees excluded in above. If required,
the fees for Additional Architectural and Engineering services shall be based on the following hourly
rates: Principal$125;Project Architect$100;Technician$75;and Clerical$50;MEP Engineering$125.
We are prepared to start the work immediately upon acceptance of this proposal. Invoices will be sent
monthly and are payable within 15 days of the date of invoice. If not paid within 15 days, unpaid bal-
ances will accrue interesat a rate of 10%per annum or 0.833 per month.
Acceptance of the terms of this proposal will be by the City of Bryan's Notice to Proceed.

Texas Administrative Code, Title 13, Chapter 1, Rule§1.85 regarding the Annual Report.
A public library shall file a current and complete annual report with the Texas State Library and
Archives Commission byApril 30. Revisions to the annual report which would affect membership status
for the next fiscal year will not be accepted after July 31. Staff vacancies that occur after the report is
filed shall not adversely affect applications for system membership in the next fiscal year. Staff
vacancies that occur prior to filing the report which affect system membership must be filled and
reported prior to July 31. Willful falsification of annual reports shall cause the library to be disqualified
for one year in the first instance and disqualified for three years in the second instance.
To be considered for accreditation, the library must submit the annual report no later than April 30 and
complete the Accreditation in State Library System Application.,-Once completed, the application
should be sent to the Library Development& Networking Division:' The'application can be found on

homepage of the Texas LibPas website when you log;in.
