so two additional lots are being created. It qualifies as o minor nep|otso staff is able to review
and approve it.
o Breezv Heiqhts Addition Lots 9A, 9s&9C, Block z (Neighborhood Zone 6, community
Zone 8): this final plat at9O0 Hereford Street proposes to nep|utone single-family lot into three
single-family lots so two additional lots are being created. It is scheduled for consideration by the
Planning 8Zoning Commission meeting uttheir April 16* meeting.
o Fairview Subdivision (Neighborhood Zone 6, Community Zone o): this preliminary plan
at 1014 Fairview Avenue at the corner with Holleman Drive proposes four single-family lots. A
single-family house has existed on the property sothree new houses/lots are proposed. Itis
scheduled for consideration by the Planning &Zoning Commission meeting at their April 1611
meeting.
n Needham Estates Lots 10A, 10B, 9A,98 &8R, Block (Neighborhood Zone 10'
Community Zone A): this final plat at 2408 Barron Road at the corner with Renee Lane proposes
to nep|atthree single-family lots into five single-family lots so two additional lots are being
created. It is scheduled for consideration by the Planning &Zoning Commission meeting at their
April 10mmeeting.
o The Barracks 11 Subdivision Phase 107 (Neighborhood Zone 15' Community Zone o):
this final plat adds 63 townhouse lots tothe subdivision.As neighborhood parkland has been
dedicated and park improvements have been built oru financial surety has been provided, only
Community Park fee in lieu is due.The final plat will be scheduled for future Planning &zoning
Commission meeting when the public infrastructure is completed.

o DMR ACOS (Neighborhood Zone 18, Community Zone B): this final plat proposes two lots at
12236 North Dowling Road in the City's Extra-territorial Jurisdiction (ETJ) near the intersection
with Rock Prairie Road West. As one single-family tract exists, the parkland requirement is only
for the additional lot being created. The preliminary plan was approved in February and this final
plat is scheduled for approval by the Planning &Zoning Commission meeting at their April 16th
meeting.

statement of specific factual information or the recitation of existing policy may be

Things for Board Members to view in their Perspective Parks
1. Broken equipment (playground structures, swings, barbecue pits, picnic
tables, water fountains, athletic equipment, etc.)
2. Holes in the ground
3. Consistent Puddles (leaks)
4. High Grass - an area that needs more maintenance
5. Pests of any sort
6. Trash — if there seems to be a consistent amount of trash occurring in a
park (Littering, dumping, etc.)
7. Broken limbs, dead trees that may cause a safety risk
8. Vandalism
9. Electrical Lines— safety risks, etc.
10. Questionable Company hanging around parks for periods of time
Board members are asked to report anything they feel is necessary. Any
guidance or concern is welcome. Any other concern that is not listed
above® we urge you to report also.

b. Installation of rubber surfacing under swings at Woodland Hills, Castlegate, Castle rock,
