Presentation, possible action, and discussion on future agenda items: A Board Member may inquire about a subject for which notice has not been given. A statement of specific factual information or the recitation of existing policy may be given. Call to order and Roll Call. The meeting was called to order with a quorum present at 7:00 PM. 2. Possible action concerning requests for absences of members. An absence request was received from David Sahm, Shawn Reynolds and Douglass Kingman. Marc Chaloupka made a motion to approve the two absence requests and Kris Walker seconded the motion. The vote was called. All were in favor, and the motion passed unanimously. 3. Hear visitors. Jerry Cooper and Pat Cleere from the Historic Preservation Committee introduced themselves. Marc Chaloupka made a motion to approve the minutes as submitted, and Kris Walker seconded the motion. The vote was called. All were in favor, and the motion passed unanimously. 4. Consideration, possible approval, and discussion of minutes from the meeting of March 11, 2014. Marc Chaloupka made a motion to approve the minutes as submitted, and Kris Walker seconded the motion. Presentation and discussion regarding an update on the Five-Year Comprehensive Plan Evaluation and Appraisal Report from the Planning and Development Department. This item was cancelled due to Jennifer Prochazka being ill. 6. Presentation and discussion of City Council assignment of Historic Preservation Committee to be a committee of the Parks and Recreation Advisory Board. David Schmitz presented information.
