Members Present: Robert Meyer, Yvonne Stevens from the Senior Advisory Committee and
Ernie Wright and Hillary Jessup from the Historic Preservation Committee
Staff Present: Marci Rodgers, Senior Services Coordinator
1. Call to order The meeting began at 10:10am
II. Discussion, consideration and possible action on Exploring History
Lunch/Lecture Series with Historic Preservation Sub-committee.
It was noted that the 2008 Lunch Lecture series would have some changes that need
to be noted. There will be a $5 charge for the meal and there is a limit of 150 spaces.
Members discussed topics and speakers for the 2008 series. The group agreed upon
seven sessions with a theme of"Then and Now". Other items discussed included
confirming the reservation for room 127 at the Conference Center. Please see table
below for proposed schedule.
