REGULAR MEETING MINUTES - 7:00PM

Staff Present: David Schmitz, Director; Rusty Warncke, Assets and Project Manager; Heather
Lupoli, Board Secretary
Board Present: Debe Shafer, Chair; Sherry Ellison, Vice Chair; Douglass Kingman; Gary Erwin;
Kirsten `Kris' Walker; Louis Hodges; Marc Chaloupka; Shawn Reynolds
Visitors: Joe Schultz
1. Call to order and Roll Call. The meeting was called to order with a quorum present at
7:00 PM
2. Possible action concerning requests for absences of members. An absence
request was received from David Sahm. Kris Walker made a motion to approve the
absence requests and Gary Erwin seconded the motion. The vote was called. All were
in favor, and the motion passed unanimously.
3. Hear visitors. Hearing none, this item was closed.
4. Consideration, possible approval, and discussion of minutes from the meeting of
May 14, 2014 and July 8, 2014. June 11, 2014 meeting was cancelled. Louis Hodges
made a motion to approve the minutes as submitted, and Shawn Reynolds seconded
the motion. The vote was called. All were in favor, and the motion passed unanimously.
5. Review and possible action over the plans of the Barracks II Subdivision Parks 5
& 8. Presented by Joe Schultz. A motion was made by Gary Erwin to approve the
proposed sidewalk and drainage improvements and Louis Hodges seconded the
motion. The vote was called. All were in favor, and the motion passed unanimously.
6. Report, possible action, and discussion concerning the current Capital
Improvements Program: Presented by Rusty Warncke. Informational item only, no
action taken.

7. Presentation, possible action, and discussion on future agenda items: A Board
Member may inquire about a subject for which notice has not been given. A statement
of specific factual information or the recitation of existing policy may be given. Any
deliberation shall be limited to a proposal to place the subject on an agenda for a
subsequent meeting.

8. Adjourn. Marc Chaloupka made a motion to adjourn the meeting, and Gary Erwin seconded the
motion. The vote was called. All were in favor, and the meeting adjourned at 8:13 PM.
